Water Transaction Manager Job Order # DR1216 Vancouver, WA WestWater Research is seeking qualified applicants to manage and negotiate water transactions for clients located throughout the western United States. The position requires a general knowledge water rights law, regulation and policy, and experience in project management. Prior experience in real estate, business transactions, or commodities brokerage is desirable. Experience and knowledge of the agricultural sector and irrigation practices is preferred. The position will be responsible for identifying and developing prospective buyers and sellers, conducting due diligence including estimates on current and historical water use, conducting and managing ownership research, valuing water rights, and negotiating price and terms for water transactions. The position requires a minimum education of a Bachelors degree plus 5 years of applicable experience or a Masters degree and 3 years of applicable experience.
